All our estimating is done electronically using the latest computer technology we use Audatex and Quoits online systems. We photograph the vehicle using a digital camera and the images are sent to the Insurance engineers who analyse these and authorise the repair, where vehicles are heavy damaged dismantling prior to estimating enables us to provide a more accurate assessment thus speeding up repair times.

Once we have authorisation from the insurance company the vehicle is processed through the bodyshop during this process the customer has the use of a courtesy car once their vehicle is repaired, it is valeted and returned to them. We pride ourselves in returning the vehicle back to the customer having caused them as little inconvenience as possible.
